Where is my reward?

How to Locate Your Item:

  1. In your Order History, click on the item you're waiting for
  2. Under your item, click Track your package (available for select items only)

This will show you when to expect your reward! If your item hasn't arrived after 30 days, please submit a request.

How to Use Your Gift Card:

  1. In your Order History, click on your gift card you’re waiting for
  2. On your gift card page, click Claim your code
  3. Click on the link in the drop-down box

This will bring you to your gift card code!

How to Transfer Your PayPal Cash:

  1. In your Order History, click on the PayPal cash out when it says Claim Now.
  2. This will initiate the transfer to your PayPal account
  3. If you have issues locating your PayPal after claiming, please contact PayPal support with your Transaction ID. You can find your transaction ID in your Order History.
