Have your balances and Order History disappeared? If so, you've probably created a new account. This happens because:
- you've logged in from both your email and Facebook account, or
- you've logged in from two different email addresses.
How to log out and get back to your correct account:
- Open your Lucky Day app
- Click on the menu icon on the top left of your screen
- Scroll to the bottom in the left panel and click on Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Log Out
- At the bottom of your screen, click Already have an account? Log in
- Enter your login information
That will get you back to the right account!
You are only allowed one account, and accounts cannot be merged.
