Where is my gift card?

You can easily get your gift card code from inside the app!

How to get your gift card code:

  1. Open your Lucky Day app
  2. Click on the menu icon on the top left of your screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the left panel and click on Settings
  4. Under Redemptions, click Order History
  5. Under the gift card, click Claim your code
  6. Click on the link in the drop-down box

This will bring you to your gift card code!

Statuses in your order history:

  • Sending: Your order is is processing. This may take up to 7 business days.
  • Claimed: Your gift card is ready! Click Claim your code and click the link to use your reward.
  • Order Flagged: Something isn't the way it's supposed to be, so click here to submit a request.
  • Order Refunded: Your order was canceled, and the reward price was refunded to your Lucky Day token or cash balance.
