How do I change my password?

If you are logged into your Lucky Day account:

  1. Open your Lucky Day app
  2. Click on the menu icon on the top left of your screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom in the left panel and click on Settings
  4. Click Account Settings
  5. Click Change My Password
  6. Input your old and new passwords where indicated
  7. Click Submit

If you are logged out of your Lucky Day account:

  1. Open your Lucky Day app
  2. At the bottom of your screen, click Already have an account? Login
  3. Click Forgot Password
  4. Enter your email registered with Lucky Day
  5. Click Reset Password
  6. Open your email and follow the reset password instructions. Please check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders for this email. If you still cant find the instructions, email support@luckydayapp.com.
